Change Management Advisor

• The Change Management Advisor will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing adoption and usage.
• This person will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
• The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
• The Change Management Advisor conducts change impact assessments, develops stakeholder engagement plans, and determines communication and training needs.
• Engages with Project Managers / work leads, as well as the business, to create and execute change management plans.
• Supports stakeholders in business/site engagements.
• Creates deliverables like replication playbooks, training materials, communication plans, and adoption tracking processes.
• Establishes feedback loops and processes to ensure we have ongoing value capture through solution adoption (e.g. surveys, tool adoption).
