This role is pivotal in expanding the client base and strengthening market presence. The firm is well established and has good relationship with multi-family developers (especially in the metropolitan New Jersey area). They are eager to leverage the success of these projects and expand more into the NYC area. Contacts with NYC developers are crucial for this role. The role comes with a generous bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Client Acquisition:
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and secure new projects.
  • Identify target projects that align with the firm’s portfolio.
  • Network with potential clients, attend industry events, and leverage digital marketing channels.
  • Utilize existing relationships and personal connections to drive business development.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations:
  • Build strategic partnerships with architects, design firms, general contractors, and real estate brokers.
  • Expand the firm’s reach and generate new client leads and projects.
  • Brand Awareness:
  • Work with the team to increase the firm’s visibility and brand awareness.
  • Reinforce the firm’s online presence and seek media coverage.
  • Focus on personal outreach rather than digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in bringing new clients and projects in previous roles within design and/or architecture firms.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
