The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, prepare, and submit state and federal reports, while collaborating with the Special Education Department to optimize business processes and improve data accuracy. This position also involves monitoring data quality within the student information system and providing feedback to functional users to ensure high data integrity.

Additionally, the role includes supporting the district's enterprise systems, which encompass a wide range of platforms, including the student information system, learning management systems, identity management systems, financial/Human Resources systems, and storage and communication systems. Notably, the position will manage and support collaboration and productivity platforms such as SharePoint and Office 365, which are essential to streamlining district-wide communication, document management, and operational efficiency.

  • Reports consistently for work as scheduled

  • Attains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards
  • Assists the Application and Data Services team regarding CDE data as needed
  • Attends trainings and meetings to maintain relevant knowledge regarding Special Education
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Creates operational documentation for continuity purposes
  • Identifies and analyzes complex data sets including identifying technical issues or bugs in associated systems
  • Interacts efficiently with other departments and sites
  • Locates and defines process improvement opportunities
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of Special Education processes within the student information system
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated user, student, and account information
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring proper configuration, access controls, and site structure to support district operations.
  • Performs miscellaneous clerical duties and assists other staff members
  • Prepares and processes state and federal reports which require research, computation, and compilation
  • Provides direct support to senior Team members on various tasks and projects
  • Provides secondary support for any other enterprise systems which are not part of the primary assignment

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or two or more years (48 semester hours or more of college with no degree)
  • 3+ Years of Experience working with data and reporting
  • 1+ Years of Experience providing support for an Enterprise System
  • Experience training and working with end users

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.)
  • Infinite Campus Experience in a Support or End User Role
  • SQL query and report development experience
  • SharePoint experience in an Editor or Site Administrator Role
  • Experience Working in an Educational Environment

Compensation Range

$58,690-$68,690
