  • Design, implement, and maintain DocuSign solutions that meet the banking client's requirements.
  • Integrate DocuSign with various banking platforms and systems, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
  • Develop and customize DocuSign templates, workflows, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, and Business Units to gather requirements and provide tailored DocuSign solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly related to electronic signatures and document management.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of DocuSign solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest DocuSign features, best practices, and industry trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions to ensure proper knowledge transfer and system maintenance.
  • 6-8 years of experience working with DocuSign or similar electronic signature solutions.
  • Strong expertise in DocuSign API integration and customization.
  • Experience with DocuSign administration, template creation, and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with banking industry regulations and compliance requirements related to electronic signatures.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
