  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:
  • APM Implementation & Configuration:
    • Lead the deployment and configuration of monitoring solutions across various environments (development, staging, production).
    • Implement and maintain New Relic.
    • Customize APM and transactional dashboards, reports, and alerts to meet business needs and enhance visibility into application performance.
    • Strong experience in implementing Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic monitors.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Monitor application performance metrics, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization.
    • Analyze data to detect anomalies, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability.
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for APM-related issues and provide expert guidance on troubleshooting and resolution.
    • Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to address performance issues and ensure seamless integration of Dynatrace with other tools and systems.
  • Best Practices & Documentation:
    • Establish and promote best practices for application performance monitoring and management using New Relic and Dynatrace.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for APM configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Strong understanding and maintenance of Licenses utilization and other key metrics.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on functionalities and best practices.
    • Stay current with Dynatrace updates, new features, and industry trends, and share insights with the team.
      Skills & Competencies:
      • 12+ Year of experience in New Relic and Dynatrace, including monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
      • Strong expertise in New Relic and Dynatrace, including monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
      • Strong expertise in configuring Synthetic Monitors and Site reliability key metrics.
      • Migration from Dynatrace to New Relic is a plus
      • Solid understanding of application architectures, RUM monitoring, databases, and network protocols.
      • Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
      • Expertise in maintaining product licenses.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex performance data.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
