  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

    • API testers meticulously track any inconsistencies, defects, or performance bottlenecks in APIs. Their goal is to ensure smooth functionality.

  4. Collaborate with Developers:

    • They work closely with developers to fix and improve problematic APIs. Effective communication is essential in this collaboration.

  5. Develop Tools and Frameworks for Effective Testing:

    • API testers contribute to the development of tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance the testing process.

  6. Understand API Documentation:

    • To create appropriate test cases, they thoroughly understand API documentation and specifications.

  7. Validate Data Exchange:

    • API testers ensure that API endpoints send and retrieve data as expected.

  8. Integrate API Testing with Software Build and Deployment Processes:

    • They make sure that API testing is seamlessly integrated into the software development lifecycle.

  9. Check API Security Measures:

    • API testers assess API security to identify vulnerabilities or weaknesses.
