JOB DESCRIPTION

Preferrable 10 /12+ Years of prior SW industry Order Management System Implementation experience required.

• Candidates should have a strong hands-on background in the BY Order Management- Design and Configuration - Selling and Fulfillment, Global Inventory Visibility, Reverse Logistics)

• OMS Validation and Testing including Application Support Scenario s based Validation Regression QA- SIT.

• 4+ years' experience working in retailwholesale supply chain domain is highly valued.

• 4+ years of experience leading, building, and developing a project deliveryproduct management group focused on continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

• 3+ years' experience working as a developer with Java as the backend, and any front-end Java-script based packages.

• Hands on with bug fixes, builds, code enhancements and testing as per business needs.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both technical and analytical domains.

• Experience and understanding of new and upcoming technology trends - API Micro-services, Agile Dev-Ops, CI CD.

• Ability to create excellent working relationships across the enterprise

• Self-driven with an ability to work and thrive in an ambiguous environment

• Have an excellent analytical thought process and ability to build innovation-led solutions business models

Additional Skills Nice-to-have:

• Enterprise-wide IT experience that includes hands-on solution development on OMS, Dev-Ops engineering, and Enterprise architecture

• Design implementation consulting experience with distributed applications

• Experiences with Continuous Integration tools, like Jenkins or Bamboo

• Release Management Processes, Coordination, and Planning Process and connecting points with Dev-Ops and CICD

• Skills related to containerized environments and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes will be highly desirable

• Experience with version control systems such as Subversion and GIT

Agile Scrum Kanban familiarity and experience working in an Agile environment
