Position: Oracle HFM

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid role)

Duration: Long-Term contract

Job Description:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Should have a good understanding of the month end close process
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills, should have experience in explaining HFM data flow
• Have a good understanding of performing enhancements in HFM, specifically modifying artifacts based on acquisitions and demergers.
• Should have experience in modifying rules and writing rules scripts based on the needs.
• Should have hands on experiencing in creating and modifying Data Forms, Reports and HFM Custom artifacts.
• Good understanding of Submission Group and how that can be mapped to different Process Management Phases.
• Good understanding of business and propose process improvement, leverage best practices from experience
• Hands on experience in FDMEE and should have good knowledge and understanding of data flow from upstream and downstream systems, out of the box interfaces, automated data loads and setting up custom mappings and generating reports
• Knowledge and understanding of how Security provisioning using Shared Services (both Active and Native directory setups)
• Functional understanding of HFM Chart of Accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cashflow)
