  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
The Process Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing systems and equipment process maps, workflows and procedures from the business point of view.
Position Responsibilities

  • Work with Design team & Subject Matter Experts (Business & technology) on creating current & target state process maps
  • Work with design team and Subject Matter Experts to create capability maps
  • Work with design team, risk, compliance, legal, technology and subject matter experts to develop risk assessment and risk control requirements
  • Work with design team, Subject matter experts, technology, etc on documentation of requirements/acceptance criteria.
  • Work within an Agile project (2 week sprints)

Financial industry experience required Technical/Business Consulting

  • Collaborates with other business units to understand current state and target state process maps and requirements for product and user experience.
  • Gathers requirements for target state from other clients, SME s, etc
  • Contributes to best practices and standards put in place by Comerica and the industry.
  • Understands dependency between teams.
  • Collaborates with the project teams to develop best processes/procedures
