General Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a General Business Analyst who will focus on Contract Management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Analysis: Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure they comply with legal regulations and company policies
* Drafting and Negotiation: Assist in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with internal and external stakeholders
* Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose mitigation strategies
* Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
* Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate and clarify contract terms and conditions with relevant stakeholders
* Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to contract management processes and systems
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
* 1-2 years of experience in contract management or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of legal terminology and contract law is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
