Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in Drools and Java as the primary skill, along with experience in Angular and RDBMS.
Knowledge or experience in claims or insurance is a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced applications that efficiently meet business and end-user requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong programming abilities, and a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement user-friendly, scalable, and high-quality software applications using Drools, Java and Angular
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, principles, and best practices.
Continuously optimize application performance through monitoring, profiling, and fine-tuning.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to existing systems.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with QA engineers to implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members whenever required.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the claims or insurance industry.
Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js).
Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB, etc.).
