Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Ducere Global Business School. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, handling administrative assistance, and facilitating communication. This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Experience in managing expense reports and providing administrative assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
