Job Description
As a member of the Virtual Performance Engineering Department, you will be responsible for deciding specifications and confirming requirements using CAE. Proficient use of CAE contributes to improved optimization, speed, and efficiency of our products and development processes. Key Accountabilities: - Decide action plan and utilize CAE tools to execute analysis for assigned specification setting and requirement confirmation activities. - Collaborate with test and part design engineers and project chiefs to optimize specifications for performance, cost, and weight. - Collaborate with and mentor other CAE Engineers for efficient and accurate joint CAE analysis. - Create documentation for specification and confirmation results and explain to direct supervisor.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Marysville, Ohio and some days remote.

Hard Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3-6 years of Automotive CAE experience
- Experience with Ansa, Hyperworks, and Optistruct
