Responsibilities

  • Utilize the IBM AS/400 management system for inventory tracking and order dispatch.
  • Employ the About Time software for efficient task management and timekeeping.
  • Promptly answer inbound calls, providing accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Handle billing functions accurately, utilizing ADP - Financial Services tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action based on account status.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively liaise between customers and the team.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Employ a variety of computer programs to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Competency in various Computer Programs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience with IBM AS/400
  • Ability to use Management System software

  • Ability to Answer and manage queries effectively
