TEK Systems is hiring Customer Support Representatives for a large and successful banking client in the Lake Mary, FL area!
Join our team and work in a Hybrid collaborative and supportive environment. Customer Support Representatives will have the rewarding opportunity to help our client's through transactions and problem resolution.
Hours of operation 8:00am to 8:00 pm
Training: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Description
- Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
- Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions.
- Responds to customer inquiries. Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements.
- Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
- Records details about customer inquiries.
- Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
- Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
- Familiarity with MS Office required.
- Bachelors Degree (business, communications are most successful, but they are open) AND Customer Service Experience (retail)
- Elevated call center customer service experience
- High level of professionalism -Clear communication skills - Must have an interest in finance
