As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Senior Client Experience Manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: The Client Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our client experience initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing client feedback, coordinate the creation and distribution of surveys and other feedback mechanisms, developing training programs, managing digital reputation, and overseeing client-facing marketing materials. You will be instrumental in shaping the overall client experience and contributing to our mission of excellence. Looking for medical or heathcare industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Experience Insights & Feedback (60%)
    • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  2. Internal Staff Training (20%)
    • Develop and facilitate training programs aimed at improving onsite client and patient interactions.
    • Deliver in-person training sessions and gather feedback to continuously refine the curriculum.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with client experience goals.
    • Familiarize yourself with our client experience management platform and tools, including SurveyMonkey.
    • Understand current survey processes and feedback collection methods.
    • Begin to develop strategies based on data analysis to enhance client experience.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to doctors and other stakeholders to communicate feedback and proposed improvements.

Typical Day:

  • Create and manage surveys, ensuring effective communication with providers and clients.
  • Analyze survey data and compile insights to drive decision-making.
  • Engage in both remote and in-person meetings to facilitate training and gather feedback.

On-the-Job Training Provided:

  • Initial Training: Google certification classes in project management, including two six-week courses. This training can be completed within 40 hours and will be part of your onboarding process.
