Job Description
The Patient Services Associate is responsible for a variety of critical tasks including patient registration, checking patients in and out, intake processes, assisting with prior authorizations, and scheduling appointments. This role is key in providing support in a multi-specialty office environment that handles up to 100 patients per day. The successful candidate will ensure patient satisfaction, maintain accurate documentation, and efficiently manage the high volume of patient interactions.
Hard Skills
- 2 years’ experience as a PSA or Medical Secretary. Call center experience is required.
- Experience with EPIC software preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
