Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage phone lines
  • Set up and maintain all new accounts
  • Print retail tags as needed
  • Process produce promotions
  • Manage and score price books
  • Training and development of all employees along with maintaining KPI’s
  • Departmental budget management
  • Process trade show orders
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Order supplies as needed

Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties at any time.

Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years management experience
  • Phone etiquette/Verbal (and written) communication skills
  • Strong ability to follow up
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational
