  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title : Senior Industrialization Project Manager

Job Type : W2

Experience : 7-15 Years

Location : Greensboro, North Carolina

Responsibilities
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in project management within industrialization or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on operational efficiency and cost management.
  • Experience in preparing and managing project specifications, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering designs, materials, equipment, and industrial processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex and difficult project challenges.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring junior professionals.
  • Experience working with large industrial projects involving transportation, production, and equipment installation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software such as MS Project, SAP, or other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans for engineering-based projects in manufacturing and industrialization, focusing on delivering new infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
  • Prepare engineering standards, project designs, work specifications, budgets, forecasts, and schedules to ensure project goals are met within the defined timeframes and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, and adherence to timelines, taking action to address operational problems and prevent delays.
  • Identify and gather necessary resources, including project staff, materials, equipment, and external contractors, to ensure project completion.
  • Manage large, complex projects from end to end with limited oversight, including coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to lower-level professionals to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts for complex project challenges, utilizing advanced project management and technical expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, engineering practices, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
