Developer IV (Hybrid)

DPP is seeking a Developer IV for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work arrangement:

• Hybrid, a few days per week
• W2 position; 12 months

Summary:

• Develop, modify Call Center Application on Genesys Cloud platform.
• Perform testing using different CCaaS testing tools.
• Provide Support on CCaaS platform and will be part of On-call rotation.

Top skills:

• Experience in Genesys Cloud CX Platform Application development
• Experience in CCaaS Platform support including secure flows and advanced decision/routing expressions.
• Experience in Web API Interface, Desktop application, Chrome Plugin Softphone and CRM integration
• Experience in Diagramming/Workflow suites (MS Visio, Lucid Charts/App)
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC practices as relates to CCaaS adoption/migrations
• Experience in Scripting tools like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, etc.
• Nice to have:
  • Experience in CCaaS Reporting & Dashboard using PowerBI or Success KPI
  • Experience in CCaaS Infrastructure (PBX, TFNs, Call Recording tools)
  • Experience in CCaaS CI/CD pipeline tools like GitHub, Cyara IVR Testing

Minimum required work experience:

• 6 years-of application development, systems testing or other job related experience.

Job/class description:

• Responsible for analysis, design, programming, and implementation of complex applications tasks and projects. Devise feasible, logical procedures to resolve business problems through the use of computer resources. Formulate scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems. Review detailed specifications and recommend modifications. Design, code, test and debug complex application programs.
• Produce deliverables related to the assigned project. Perform analysis, design, programming, and implementation of systems and procedures to solve complex business or scientific problems. Evaluate interrelationships in immediate programming area to determine how changes in one program will affect another related area. Apply conversions and enhancements to business systems. May lead or provide expertise on assigned projects.
• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Ensure solutions are aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization s architectural standards. Assist in post-implementation support and system enhancements.
• Test modified programs, create necessary test files and data, verify logic, debug, and write relevant documentation.
• Design and develop IT systems. Devise new sources of data and develop new approaches and techniques. Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting complex application software that is delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance to lower-level programmers/analysts. Act as an internal consultant by providing technical guidance on complex projects. Determine and resolve problems with other systems analysts, programmers, and systems users.
• Test designed programs, verify logic, perform any necessary "debugging," and write the documentation.

Work environment:

• CCT team is a mid-size team with combination of Application Developers, Systems Analysts and Business System Analyst.
• This team provides application development and 3rd level support for Call Center Technologies for the client s Commercial/Government line of business on different CCaaS platform on Cloud and on-Prim.
• Customer-focused, project-oriented programming environment. Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.

Required education/equivalencies:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
• OR, Associate s degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
• OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 10 years without a degree)
