Job Description:

  • RN Ratio: Acute 1:4; Subacute 1:6, Trauma 1:1, Psych 1:6, CDU 1:5.
  • Patients: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatric.
  • Specialty Equipment: Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun.
  • Unit Specifics: Common patient diagnosis: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Resp Failure.
  • Pressors- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin, Dobutamine & Dopamine, Vasodilators- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG , Anti-arrhythmic-Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido, Sedation- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl, TNK, Heparin and Insulin.
  • Must live 75 Miles away from facility.
  • 64 beds , 2 Triage, 40 acute, 6 super track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 psych.
  • Also, documenting travel experience.

Job Requirements

  • NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License.
  • Current AHA ACLS , BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC.
  • 02+ years of experience in ED with some PEDS experience.
  • 02 recent ED Charge/Manager RN References.
  • EMR EPIC Experience.
  • Skills Checklist matching specialty.
  • Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics.
