Submission Requirements

  • No candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will be considered - please include a copy in submission
  • Minimum 24 months of current Level I Trauma ICU experience - REQUIRED
  • MICU experience required. Must have previous continuous ICU experience for the last 4 years - REQUIRED
  • May float to other ICU units as needed, including NSICU, CVICU, and STICU - REQUIRED
  • Certifications must be American Heart Association OR client and active upon submission - REQUIRED
  • No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
  • Travel experience - REQUIRED

Profile Requirements

  • Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
  • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
  • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
  • Certifications (must be active at time of submission)
  • Driver's License

Certification Requirements

  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

  • Arizona
  • Compact Allowed

Additional License Requirements

  • Must have active license at time of submission

Important Notes

  • Updated assignment terms for all starts on or after 4/23/2023: Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
  • Client or Vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
