About The Role

Your Key Responsibilities
- Data Labeling & Analysis: Become a subject matter expert in data labelling workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency across large datasets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with teams in Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless project execution.
- Quality Audits & Optimization: Perform quality audits, support updates to policy guidelines, and recommend optimizations for better data accuracy and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate bugs or tooling issues, providing data and documentation to help resolve operational obstacles.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your analytical skills to conduct deep dives into cases, track project data, and provide actionable insights to enhance Meta Verified’s support services.
- 5+ years’ experience in data analysis and data-driven project management.
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and driving projects that rely heavily on data interpretation and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to make sound judgment calls in data categorization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various workflows.
- Experience in Ad Sales or familiarity with SQL and other coding languages.
