About The Role

As a Data Project Analyst, your primary focus will be supporting key projects within the Meta Verified service. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, and Engineering, to help label and analyze large volumes of data. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, a knack for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to handle complex workflows.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Data Labeling & Analysis: Become a subject matter expert in data labelling workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency across large datasets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with teams in Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Quality Audits & Optimization: Perform quality audits, support updates to policy guidelines, and recommend optimizations for better data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate bugs or tooling issues, providing data and documentation to help resolve operational obstacles.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your analytical skills to conduct deep dives into cases, track project data, and provide actionable insights to enhance Meta Verified’s support services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in data analysis and data-driven project management.
  • Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and driving projects that rely heavily on data interpretation and analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to make sound judgment calls in data categorization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across various workflows.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Ad Sales or familiarity with SQL and other coding languages.
