  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
  • Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for accounting? Our client is seeking a highly motivated AR Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team. As an essential member of the Accounts Receivable department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Promptly and accurately address customer inquiries, including payment requests, invoice copies, and reporting.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, including outstanding balances, contact information, and banking details.
  • Collections: Follow up on past due accounts, investigate unapplied payments, and communicate with payers for timely resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Oracle Cloud Fusion a plus).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work non-standard hours as needed.
