As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented City Lead to join our team.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic City Lead to plan, organize, and execute a variety of events including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, happy hours, and outdoor activities. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the San Francisco scene. This role requires a flexible schedule, with the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a variety of events, ensuring each is flawlessly organized and executed.
- Collaborate with the Base team to design and implement unique event experiences that align with our brand and mission.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and guest communications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, venues, and partners to secure the best services for our events.
- Ensure all events are executed within budget and in accordance with company standards.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve the event planning and execution process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of local culture, venues, and event landscape.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
