The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Senior Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully REMOTE. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • $78 - $126/hour based on experience and location.
  • 100% Remote
  • Will lead AI, Machine Learning and Data Science projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • This is a Matrixed environment with global stakeholders.
  • Will define service offerings for provide new strategic direction, building, scaling AI centres of excellence to enable AI use cases, developing robust governance frameworks, and deploying new operating models across people, process, and technology, and implementing at scale.
  • Will lead the proposal for a client to develop long term strategy and roadmaps considering regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' Experience running enterprise projects and change management in the field of Data science & Analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Technical expertise in data engineering, data analytics and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with orchestrating large multi-stakeholder data and analytics enterprise projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in the pharma/biotech space.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept with data infrastructure related concepts as it relates to AI and BI solutions.
  • Experience with crafting and executing robust change management plans.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical development is preferred.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree
