  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Research and resolve cases of shareholder returned mail, including first and second notices and third-party locator searches.
  • Establish and remove RPO restrictions following SEC guidelines and unit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records for RPO accounts potentially subject to escheatment.
  • Verify and process returned checks within 24 hours per procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; relevant financial experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with SEC guidelines and financial regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
