Job Title: Coordinator
Location: Roanoke, VA
Duration: 12 Months
40 hour work week. Flex schedule is available. No OT expected but is possible. No travel expected.
Job designation is hybrid and will require one day a week in office work. Remaining days are remote. In office schedule is subject to change per leadership decisions.
Requirements: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with utilizing IPS, Vault, Bentley View, Scanview, Ecosys, Maximo, Business Objects, and IR Routing. Basic programming skills (Visual Basic) is a huge plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field from an accredited university or college with one year of experience, or an Associate’s technical degree and 3 years of experience.

Effectively communicate with team, management, customers, contractors, vendors and regulatory agencies.
Apply problem solving skills to resolve technical problems and initiate solution techniques.

Data Quality Coordinator is a compliance critical position.
This coordinator provides technical IPS expertise and stewardship for the Client field personnel, and ensures IPS data is always audit-ready.
Under some supervision, performs work activities and projects requiring technical knowledge in a safe, effective, efficient and economic accomplishment of assigned objectives.

- Work with asset engineering to determine compliance applicability for legacy and new PRC-005 assets.
- Perform varied assignments demonstrating technical knowledge and analytical techniques to solution of problems or analysis.
- Work with audit oversight to research and summarize possible compliance violations.
- General understanding of standard PRC‐005 – Protection System, Automatic Reclosing, and Sudden Pressure Relaying Maintenance of the Bulk Electric System (BES).
- Monitor asset action activities within the IPS Asset Management system, for compliance obligations.
- Work with others in both supplying information and seeking assistance as necessary.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and prints.
- Ability to articulate written and verbal communication to all levels of leadership.
- Requires a basic knowledge of regulatory compliance and how to interpret legal documentation.
- Responsible for the creation and updates of the upgrade program’s procedural and policy documents.
- Creation and management of multiple Station and P&C projects and maintenance programs.
