We are in search of a meticulous Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team within the Social Care/Services industry. This role is based in Los Angeles, California and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your main duties will encompass handling customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer issues. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

This is a fully onsite position Tues, Wed, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
  • Maintain precise records of customer credit
  • Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable and Administrative duties
  • Regularly check and respond to emails to ensure items receive proper attention
  • Prepare checks for signature and perform other financial tasks as required
  • Manage and maintain the filing system for the Finance and Accounting department
  • Assist in the preparation of audit paperwork for auditors as directed
  • Ensure all incidents/accidents are reported according to incident reporting procedures and protocols
  • Collect mail on a daily basis and scan invoices to AP inbox
  • Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
