United Access, a leading provider of wheelchair accessible vehicles and adaptive driving equipment, is seeking a highly qualified full time administrative professional to serve as the Administrative Assistant in our Houston TX store.

This Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, both on the phone and in person, supporting the sales department and management by assisting with documentation and paperwork, answering phones, filing, registering vehicles with the state and ensuring compliance.

Essential Job Duties of the Sales Admin :

  • Greet customers
  • Answer phones
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding rentals
  • Assist with title paperwork and registering vehicles with the state
  • Maintain files and file room
  • Order supplies for the office
  • Produce documentation for the sales team transactions
  • Assist with office functions such as payment processing, reporting and general office duties.


The Sales Admin and Rental Specialist is essential in helping all areas of the business, sales, service and rentals, to provide the Best Customer Experience, period.
