Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Automation Engineer, Voice AI to join our innovative Columbus Client's team. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for Voice AI applications and systems
  • Create and maintain automation frameworks and tools for testing voice recognition, text-to-speech, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) systems
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the performance and accuracy of Voice AI features, including text-to-speech and OCR functionalities
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate and optimize voice models and associated technologies
  • Analyze and troubleshoot automation issues, providing effective solutions to enhance system performance
  • Document technical processes, automation scripts, and testing procedures
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in automation engineering with a focus on Voice AI, text-to-speech, and OCR technologies
  • Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks for AI, voice systems, and text-to-speech
  • Strong understanding of voice recognition technologies, text-to-speech systems, and OCR integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with technical documentation and Agile development methodologies
