Position Overview

Responsibilities Of The Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist
- Greet visitors and staff courteously and professionally
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary
- Schedule appointments for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth workflow and satisfaction
- Adhere to all office policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations
- Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and office procedures
- High School diploma or GED is required
