REMOTE Creative Project Manager

Our client, a wellness brand, is hiring a Creative Project Manager to join their team at a fully remote capacity. This is a temporary position that will continue for approximately 3 months.

Job Duties Include:

• Manage project intake and oversee the entire process
• Handle creative team resourcing and forecast allocation, ensuring awareness of upcoming projects and planning accordingly
• Maintain consistent communication with all team members
• Confidently push back to ensure project timelines are met
• Ensure projects are clearly scoped and defined, with agreed-upon timing and budget
• Collaborate to plan work while remaining flexible to pivot and reprioritize as necessary
• Assist the creative team in gathering essential assets, including copy, photography, swatches, etc.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing each accordingly
• Work globally across US and international assets
• Support the director in ongoing resource, creative, and operations team planning
• Foster increased collaboration with key departments
• Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
  
  

Job Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years of Project Management (or similar) experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership experience, preferably having managed an Associate or Junior PM
• Capacity to view work strategically and creatively
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Experience working in an internal brand creative department preferred
  
  

Salary: $57/hr
