Our client in the healthcare space is seeking an agile Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team and assist product owners in day-to-day SDLC operations for E-commerce digital solutions. This is a full remote W2 contract role, but candidates must be located in EST or CST time zones to be considered.

Our client in the healthcare space is seeking an agile Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team and assist product owners in day-to-day SDLC operations for E-commerce digital solutions. This is a full remote W2 contract role, but candidates must be located in EST or CST time zones to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Support product managers and product owners on multiple digital initiatives within a product portfolio.
- Document detailed notes and recaps from Standup/Core hour calls and working sessions.
- Assist product owners with UAT, bug triaging, and task tracking in JIRA.
- Prepare tasks for Designers, Copy teams, and Business Analysts (BA) in JIRA based on decisions made in team meetings
- Review BA user stories before Entry Amigo.
- Assist with Discovery work for Epic requirement creation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal business units, vendors, and IT tech teams to ensure work aligns with strategic plans.
- Plan and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
- Partner with UX designers and researchers to help shape the future product strategy in collaboration with the product team.
- Advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Education: Bachelors
- 2+ years of experience in the digital field.
- Positive attitude with a passion for learning.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail to accurately capture notes and decisions during team calls.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with a clear vision.
- Experience in product ownership and/or project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile processes and principles is a bonus.
