- Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines for respective district
- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior managers and business partners by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
- Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions
- Help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations
- Prepare and manage respective district budgets
- Manage respective district financial reports and documents, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Reconcile monthly reports as required
- Analyze and document respective districts financial information
- Five or more years of professional accounting experience with minimum two years in public accounting
- Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
- Exemplary history of financial project management
- Certified Public Accountant
- MBA
- Bilingual Spanish
- Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
- Effective written and verbal communications skills
- Able to work with different personality types
- Ability to explain complex concepts so they're easily understood by colleagues with no accounting or financial training
