  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst for new business system development and existing system improvement This role is ideal for someone passionate about the FinTech industry and eager to grow their career in mortgage lending or related financial services. The successful candidate will uphold values of integrity, accountability, and positivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Problem Solving - This position will be responsible for learning the process flow as it relates to the technology used by each role/process, then applying this knowledge to design and document the best way to solve new business opportunities
  • Documentation - This position will document business requirements for application changes. This documentation will be used by developers to program the required changes. Documentation typically includes building user-friendly guides to communicate changes, and utilizing Visio to document business process flows or technology data flows
  • Data Analysis - Analyze and interpret large datasets related to mortgage transactions, ensuring data quality and standardization.
  • Testing - This position will be responsible for testing the product returned from the developer to ensure the product that is returned meets the documented requirements.
  • Application Support - This position will provide Tier 2 application support to any users experiencing system issues, or users who have questions about system functions
  • Collaboration - This position will work with third party vendors to collaborate on system designs involving their products interfacing with applications from the client technology suite, including work with third party vendors to troubleshoot potential issues related to the interfacing of data between client and their products

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Some knowledge of mortgage processes.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related area.
  • Experience in business requirement gathering or data analytics is a plus.
