RKCS is a prime government contractor providing IT Services to various state, local and federal agencies since 1998.
For one of these agencies (in the housing space), RKCS, a Salesforce Partner requires a Salesforce Developer to assist customer s automation efforts.
The customer is automating/modernizing using Salesforce, three different systems that operate with varying degrees of manual operations.
- you will assist the customer with development and implementation for one system where staff manually enter data from paper forms into an Oracle Database, this has to be moved to a Salesforce based secure online application
- For another system you will assist in the set up, installation, configuration, processes and procedures utilizing industry best practices for an yet to be sourced third party solution that will integrate with Salesforce complying with various related rules and regulations.
- For system #3, you will replicate in Salesforce a manual process used for community housing financing.
The systems to be developed above calls for a Salesforce SME with:
- Design and Configuration
- Development and Administration
- Conduct current state assessments and develop a roadmap for the future state.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce development.
- Integration of Salesforce with other systems.
- Create and maintain automated workflows, process builders, and flows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, and deliverables, and assist detailed project plans.
- Coordinate with the Solutions Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements.
- Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring that any changes to the project scope or requirements are documented, assessed, and approved.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of overall IT ideally in Salesforce related experience
- 10+ of Salesforce developer/administrator experience
- Salesforce certifications in:
- Platform Developer I
- Platform App Builder
- Certification in Platform Developer II
- PMP or similar
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience working with state and federal government agencies.
- Experience working on technology solutions supporting the mortgage and real estate industry.
