Our client is a global Law Firm that has built one of the largest, most well-respected legal practices across the world today. Having gone through exponential growth recently, they are looking for an Office Services/Admin Specialist to join their team onsite in their Fort Lauderdale office

Your new role

As the receptionist and guest services coordinator, you will support the office operations and its As the Office Services Specialist, you will support office operations and assist employees with administrative tasks. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive impression. Reporting to the Office Manager and working with other administrators, this full-time, temp-to-perm, onsite role involves maintaining laptops and office equipment, managing mail and deliveries (including driving and lifting up to 50 lbs), performing general office duties, coordinating interviews and visits, and ensuring timely dispatch of equipment.

What you will need to succeed

  • 2+ years of general foundational administrative/reception experience
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent work prioritization, business acumen, and time management abilities
  • Valid driver's license required
