Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SDET to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in software testing and automation methodologies, along with strong programming skills in Python and experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). As an SDET, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated testing plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of our applications. You will work closely with software developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues and provide timely feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated testing plans using Python.
- Collaborate with software developers to identify, diagnose, and report bugs and issues.
- Utilize Google Cloud Platform to develop and maintain automated testing environments.
- Develop and execute manual testing scenarios as needed.
- Identify new tools and methods to improve our software development and testing processes.
- Provide clear and timely feedback to stakeholders on the quality and functionality of our applications.
- Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing and automation trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an SDET or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
