Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management:

    • Configure and maintain Salesforce CRM, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
    • Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
    • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights into key metrics and performance indicators.
  • User Support:

    • Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users across the organization.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, and manage support tickets in a timely manner.
    • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
  • Data Management:

    • Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and clean-ups.
    • Import, export, and update data using Salesforce Data Loader and other tools.
    • Implement and manage data validation rules, workflow rules, and process automation.
  • System Optimization:

    • Identify and recommend improvements to Salesforce processes and functionalities.
    • Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features; assess their applicability and implement as necessary.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
