Alys Beach is looking for a Graphic Design Coordinator to assist our marketing team with the graphic design, print production and brand management needs of multiple departments across Alys Beach including real estate sales, vacation rentals, construction, retail, food & beverage, events, recreation and ZUMA Wellness Center, guest services and other brand needs and support. The position is ideal for someone who needs flexibility in their schedule.

An excellent candidate will be experienced in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat and have samples of previous design work and/or a portfolio.

Job ResponsibilitiesAssist our Marketing team, working closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer and our brand agency, to create designs for our concurrent local, regional and national print, social, mobile and digital media campaignsHave a keen eye and strong attention to detailStrong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with team members, other departments, vendors and partnersJob Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Design or a related field requiredMust be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe AcrobatTime management and multi-tasking skills in order to work on various projects simultaneouslyWillingness to take direction and refine designs to maintain brand standards.Ability to update and revise existing design files (menus, signs, calendars, digital displays, etc.)Help with printing, producing, cutting, and packaging in-house materials (brochures, flyers, posters, menus, etc)Preferred Skills

Basic photography and video skills and experience with digital asset libraries a plusExperience in email platforms such as FloDesk, MailChimp, Constant ContactFamiliarity with various CMS/CRM platforms
