Executive Support @ A.Team :

We’re searching for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and serve as an essential partner to the CEO, managing everything from calendar management to team correspondence, to travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, endlessly resourceful, and committed to ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This role won’t always fit seamlessly into the standard 9-5 day, so we’re looking for a self-motivated doer who can be flexible with their availability. This person will need strong communication skills, discretion, and business judgment in order to interact with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally.

To note: This role will include a 6-month trial (temp-to-perm), with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position.

In this role you will...

  • Act as an extension to the CEO, executing on professional and some personal matters
  • Manage the CEO's complex, fast-changing calendar, using sound judgment in mapping out day-to-day meetings, events, and responsibilities and owning all relevant follow-up
  • Ensure the team is adequately prepared and prepped for meetings and events, including soliciting agendas, drafting docs, building itineraries, making reservations, and going above and beyond for seamless preparation
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify problems, using existing resources to problem-solve Coordinate travel itineraries and manage expense reports
  • Build relationships with colleagues, candidates, and partners across various internal and external teams
  • Collaborate with other members of the CEO team to execute highly visible/high-impact projects
  • Maintain our NYC Clubhouse, including ordering supplies, communicating maintenance requests to building staff, managing vendors, and assisting with in-house events

About you:

  • Minimum 1-3 year of professional experience as an EA or similar service-oriented roles with an interest in continuing to grow over the next 2 years
  • Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust nuance and tone based on audience
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to identify problems, analyze them, and implement solutions
  • Experience with global travel coordination and coordinating with a global team
  • Highly proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom
  • Extra points for Superhuman, Pitch, and Notion (or similar tool)
  • Based in the NYC-area with the ability to work in office ~4 days per week

$7,500 - $9,000 a month

Anticipated base salary band: $90,000 USD-$110,000 USD, commensurate with experience; this role is also eligible for an equity grant.
