The Associate Creative Director directs the overall creative direction of designers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Concepting, branding, design and any elements encompassed in the creative realm

• Work in every media (print, social, outdoor, tv/video, etc.)

• Develop creative, innovative, results-driven branding ad tactical campaigns from concept to production

• Managing creative team members and creative/design interns

• Creative presentations (high level presentation skills)

• Assisting in the creative support of digital and social media ad campaigns

• Working with various vendors as needed (photographers, animators, merch/apparel vendors, etc.)

• Crafting stories and building brands through campaign level thinking and execution.

• Work with the current team on brainstorming/development of smart ideas, creative concepts and design solutions relative to content development and execution.

• Creation of production-ready designs and layouts, establish the voice/tone/look/feel for campaigns and executions, and convey ideas through well-designed presentations.

• Ensure all visual design adheres to existing brand guidelines or assist in creating new guides, if required.

• Develop original content across digital, social, video, experiential and co-creation, through to completion.

• Well-versed in social platform best-practices, innovative media and the importance of strategy and analytics.

• Comfortable in working in a cross-platform dynamic, as well as solo.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8-10 years of Art Direction and/or design experience in a Creative Agency or Department (advertising, digital, social media).

• Must possess exemplary leadership skills, and lead the Team by example.

• Art education in advertising design and conceptual thinking is preferred.

• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within all required aspects of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) as well as presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote.

• Must be self-motivated, hard-working, positive, well-organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables.

• Previous experience with photoshoots.

• Strong communication and computer skills.
