Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Process Automation Engineer Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions within our financial services operations. In this role, you will utilize your deep expertise in automation technologies and team leadership to drive innovation, streamline processes, and support the organization s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a forward-thinking automation strategy that aligns with company goals and drives operational efficiencies.
  • Leadership & Roadmap: Provide direction for the automation roadmap, shaping key initiatives that enhance process performance.
  • Solution Design & Development: Lead the creation of complex automation workflows and scripts using advanced tools and programming languages, optimizing financial processes.
  • Testing & Validation: Ensure the reliability and accuracy of automation solutions through rigorous testing and compliance checks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to establish robust testing frameworks and ensure alignment of automation initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Implement monitoring mechanisms to track automation performance and make continuous improvements.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee ongoing maintenance, provide troubleshooting support, and lead efforts for process optimization.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Develop comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and mentor team members and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to ensure automation strategies meet organizational needs.
  • Vendor Management: Work with external vendors to evaluate tools, manage integrations, and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing automation processes, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive Automation Engineering experience.
  • Preferably experience in financial services.
  • Proven ability to lead automation initiatives and manage teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other languages, with proficiency in scripting.
  • Expertise in financial processes, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Specific Responsibilities for ServiceNow Development:

  • Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, conducting reviews and quality checks.
  • Debug technical issues and create thorough documentation.
  • Build ServiceNow workflows, portals, and widgets to streamline business operations.
  • Manage code updates and ensure smooth transitions between environments.
  • Regularly report project status to supervisors.

Requirements for ServiceNow Development:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Expertise with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of CMDB Implementation
  • Proficiency in two or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, SecOps, etc.)
  • Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
  • ServiceNow Administrator and Developer Certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
