System Analyst

Job Title: Senior System Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC (Locals Preferred)

Job Summary: role in analysing, designing, and implementing information systems. You will work closely with both IT professionals and business stakeholders to understand their needs, define system requirements, and ensure that the delivered solutions meet high-quality standards. Your responsibility will include optimizing and enhancing the technological framework to improve our business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis to understand and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and functional designs.
• Work with development teams to design and implement solutions.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear communication.
• Analyze and improve the efficiency of existing systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of systems, including system manuals and operational procedures.
• Assist with system integration and testing, ensuring that system errors are identified and corrected.
• Provide training and support to system users.
• Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements.
• Monitor system performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data security policies and best practices.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Java, Python) is a plus.
• Experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with project management principles and software.
• Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for learning new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in business analysis, systems analysis, or project management.
• Understanding of cloud services and architecture.
