  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

The IT Project Management Supervisor oversees the PMO within the DST Department. This role manages IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with organizational goals. You'll lead a team of project managers, oversee scope, budget, and timelines, and serve as the main point of contact for project sponsors and steering committees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage PMO staff and operations.
  • Oversee project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Improve PMO processes and implement best practices.
  • Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop project documentation and manage contracts and risks.
  • Lead change management and ensure project quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in project management, business, or related field (4 years of experience may substitute for degree).
  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or CSM.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Work Conditions

Primarily office-based with some remote flexibility. Occasional travel may be required.
