Job Description:

12+ years of experience in Business analysis, Airline Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA), Airlines and / or Travel industry

Working knowledge on NDC & One Order initiatives

Thorough understanding of ARC Settlements including ARC IAR, Memo Manager, ASP, ARC Pay Hub, SPRF, CAT, BOS, Credit Card Billing (CCB), etc. Alternately at least thorough understanding of BSP & Airline Settlements and Airlines CCB is desired

Create & document User Stories by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (in excel and / or Jira)

Able to create BRD, GAP documents, Swim Lane Diagrams, Creating Process Flow charts etc.

Perform functional analysis and support in data & reports analysis, developing business mapping, wherever required

Facilitate and organize business process & application walkthroughs, demos, requirements workshops and meetings with customers product owners & business and Track completion of action items identified to closure

Understand & identify how the customers are using the applications and capture additional requirements based on the feedback

Drive to ensure scope clarity from customer & product owner and be able to split larger requirements into smaller sub-requirements, categorize them (e.g. data, UI, logic), perform additional analysis and supporting documentation as may be required

Communicate and conduct knowledge transfer sessions regarding requirements / user stories with scrum team/s

Participate in sessions for grooming Jira user stories or detailed requirements review with internal and customers team

Assist in composing roadmap, prioritization, and sprint planning

Track product backlog and help the scrum team/s so it can deliver the most important tasks incrementally

Be responsive in addressing questions from internal and external teams by quickly providing that support that is needed to be productive

Discuss on any new or changing requirements on a regular basis with the customers product owner

Participate in holding sprint demo sessions with customers product owner, and stakeholders

Work closely, interact & communicate on a regular basis with customers product owner/s

Serve as the liaison between internal team and customers product owner & business team and solicit inputs on data mapping and dependencies

Participate in solution designing workshops & review sessions with sprint team/s

Assist sprint team/s in the development and identification of business needs supporting the functions

Must have excellent verbal, written, documentation skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience on Testing, preparing Test cases, etc.

Creating RFP Responses & Management presentations

Additional Good to Have Skills

Knowledge of SQL, BI, Java, Mainframe technologies, AWS desired but not mandatory

Working knowledge of Agile principles

Must be able to develop knowledge and be able to apply that to the project

Showing high level of excellence that will drive new ideas and deliver outstanding (and well-tested) output

Strong learnability & grasping skills.
