Job Description: As a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced Dynamics 365 solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and lead the technical aspects of the project. This role requires extensive experience with Dynamics CRM, complex customizations, and integrations, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture: Design and architect Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business and technical requirements, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with enterprise strategies.
Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions with clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical solutions and providing expert guidance on complex issues.
Customizations and Configurations: Oversee the implementation of complex customizations and configurations, including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and Portals.
Integration Management: Design and manage integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability using APIs and other methods.
Best Practices: Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Dynamics 365 implementations, providing guidance and ensuring consistency across projects.
Client Interaction: Act as the single point of contact for all technical matters, addressing client questions and concerns, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to track progress, provide technical reports, and manage approvals and sign-offs.
Technology Expertise: Maintain expertise in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies (Power Automation, Power BI, Azure) and stay updated on industry advancements.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and Field Services modules.
Technical Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics 365 Portals. Proven expertise in complex integrations using APIs.
Architectural Experience: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing solution architecture for Dynamics 365 projects.
Client Management: Strong ability to interact directly with clients, lead technical discussions, and address technical queries effectively.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 best practices, coding standards, and related Microsoft technologies (Power Automation, Power BI, Azure).
Project Management: Good grasp of project management principles and practices.
Soft Skills:
