Position: Application Program Manager/Account Manager

Required skills
This position requires a good communicator with at least five years of experience working with a large customer of at least 500 employees. Provide at least one example of how they ensured customer engagement and approval during the complete life cycle of the project.
This position requires a clear understanding of website creation best practices and industry standards. Provide at least one example of how they ensured the team followed industry standards during a redesign of a web content management system with over a hundred web pages.
The position requires at least three years experience writing service-level agreements and/or operating-level agreements for a Content Management System or enterprise-level website.
The position/team must provide at least one example of a successful project they completed using the recommended web development platform.
The position/team must have at least six months experience designing websites that meet the ADA requirements listed at . The website should meet the requirements without requiring any add-on tools.
The position/team of resources must have at least five years combined experience in enterprise-level website branding/rebranding.
Preferred Skills
The position/team of resources has six months experience designing websites and documents that meet the Plain Language requirements listed at .
Scope
The Application Program Manager/Account Manager will work with the customer and the rest of the team to ensure the customer's expectations are met and everything is communicated clearly too all stakeholders. They will maintain relationships with the customer and utilize customer feedback to recommend improvements. They are responsible for coordinating meetings between all entities involved and ensuring everyone is on the same page. They will support implementation of industry-standard policies and procedures and ensure all staff follow these standards throughout the web development/document lifecycle. They are in charge of managing all aspects of the overall project to completion. They will work with the customer on creating service-level agreements and developing operating-level agreements for the enterprise-level web-based CMS.
