  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer

Location: Remote (Work in EST Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and support OIM components including workflows, adapters, connectors, and reconciliation processes.
Customize and enhance OIM to meet business requirements.
Perform integration of OIM with various identity sources, including LDAP, Active Directory, and databases.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OIM functionalities, performance, and integrations.
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and manage user life cycle processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions in line with business needs.
Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to OIM configurations.
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation using OIM.
Document and maintain all OIM-related processes and configurations.
Perform OIM version upgrades and patch implementations as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum [insert years] of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
Proficiency in developing custom OIM connectors, workflows, and reconciliation processes.
Experience with integrating OIM with LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity stores.
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE for OIM customization.
Experience with Oracle SOA/BPEL is a plus.
Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in EST time zone.
